BASI prep courses

tdc have been running BASI prep courses very successfully over the last number of years. We would like to say congratulations to all those who have then gone on to be successful at their BASI courses. We are running BASI prep courses through Dec, Jan and March 2009.

These courses are designed to help you get ready for any forthcoming exams or BASI courses. With 5 BASI trainers within our ranks these courses provide an ideal opportunity to prepare for success.

The 2008/09 courses;

Autumn Weeks – 5 days, 5 hours a day + video
Level 1 / 2 & ISIA Prep - 3rd - 7th Nov, 10th - 14th Nov 2008
Cost 200 €

Dedicated Weeks in the Season – 5 days, 6 hours a day + video
Level 1 / 2 Prep 2nd - 06th Mar 2009
ISTD Prep 5th - 9th Jan, 12th - 16th Jan 2009
ISTD Prep 2nd - 6th Mar, 9th - 13th Mar 2009
Cost 300€

There will also be training throughout the winter season for those people in or near the resort, with less regimented timings – 50 € per half day or 200€ for a week of half days and 400€ euros for a full week of full days.

Courses run Monday to Friday.

BASI Instructor Training Prep

If you are new to BASI and are thinking of embarking on your first course this level is ideal for you. Equally if you have completed the trainee instructor module and need to brush up your technique before you undertake the Level 2 Instructor Training assessment this is the perfect way to ensure success.

This is best suited for those going for Level 1 Instructor and Level 2 Instructor Training modules.

ISIA Technical Prep

This is for people who have successfully completed the Level 2 Instructor Training and feel they need some training before they take the next technical level.

Prepare to ski to the level before your assessment.

ISTD Training

This is for people preparing for their final technical level. The course will be run by BASI Trainers who are involved in trainer education and who regularly deliver the BASI ISTD technical module. With a proven track record for helping people pass their final test this course is a valuable option.
