What will you get from TDC if you choose to join our team?
Structured Professional Development
We run a season long coach training program, that allows the flexibility for coaches to work when they want but to also achieve their individual goals for self improvement during the season.
We place huge importance on the continued development of our coaches.
British skiers recognise TDC as the best place in the Alps to improve their skiing; British coaches should also see TDC as the best place to develop their professional skills.
Season goals for our current team ranged from increasing their knowledge of the off-piste routes that are skiable with clients to working on their short turns, to skiing the bumps with more speed and flair. We have the expertise and personnel to make this happen.
A Buzzing Social Scene
We are a close-knit team and we try to get together as much as is possible during a busy winter. Carting evenings, nights in refuges, end of season trips, mid-season curry nights, weekly après-ski, 5-a-side football, squash.
Its not just about the work, its about being part of a great team so that motivation stays high.
We sell our coaches on a schedule that allows for an hours lunch break. This is an opportunity for the team to get together, swap notes, shoot the breeze and banter! It also helps to maintain a high quality of work on the hill.
First-class Earning Potential
We pay top rates of pay and expect top quality coaching in return.
We have early season products and try to keep the team working until the very end of the season.
Until now we have always worked more than 400hrs in a season with some coaches creeping over the 600hr mark.
With standard days of 6hrs on the hill that is pretty good. The opportunity to build your own business
TDC now operate in Val d’Isere, Tignes and Meribel.
We welcome enquiries from business-minded people who are interested in setting up a branch of TDC in other resorts.
You will need to have the same qualities as listed above plus the drive to build a business and a capacity to problem solve and work independently.
If you would like to get regular updates of what is happening at TDC then feel free to sign up for the TDC newsletter.

Chris, Jan 2012
“I have now done 4 courses with 4 different instructors from TDC (James in Tignes and Giles, Colin and Kieran in Val). All the instructors have been equally brilliant in being able to get the important points across and improve my skiing. The enthusiasm and charisma of the instructors and the focus on having fun while improving is what sets TDC apart in my opinion. I'm looking forward to my next visit when I can meet and be impressed by another member of the TDC team.”
Nadia, Feb 2010
"Lena is quite simply the best coach I've ever had. A huge thank you to her for her efforts in improving my skiing and making me believe that I could do it."
Shaun, March 2010

Sarah, March 2010
"The lessons I had greatly improved my confidence which was very low after some very poor lessons previously. I have recommended TDC to everyone."
